Terms of Service
These terms cover our games and websites, including purchases made in them. Short version: play fair, purchases are virtual goodies, and if something goes wrong with an order we'll make it right.
Our games
Our browser games are free to play, no account required. We may update, change, or retire games and features at any time.
Purchases
- Some games offer optional purchases of virtual items (for example, packs of in-game hotdogs). These are consumable digital items: they exist only inside the game, have no cash value, and can't be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed.
- Web payments are processed by Stripe; charges appear as HAPPY PIXEL COMPANY. Purchases in our iPhone apps are processed by Apple.
- Virtual items are delivered immediately after payment is verified. Because progress lives in your browser's local storage, clearing browser data or switching devices can remove items — they are not backed by an account.
Refunds
If you paid and didn't receive your items, or were charged in error, email 1schadhoffman@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll fix it — redelivery or refund, your choice. For purchases made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple's Report a Problem process. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Fair play
Leaderboards are shared with everyone. Don't submit offensive initials or tampered scores — we may remove entries that break the fun, and that's our call.
The legal bits
Games and sites are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a game or purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
