🌸 About Us
The Happy Pixel Company is a small software and app studio run by its founder, Chad Hoffman. We build two kinds of things, and we build both with the same care: games with personality, and websites and tools for real local businesses.
The games
Our games are free browser arcade games — no downloads, no accounts, no ad walls. Tap the link and you're playing, on any phone. They're bright, family-friendly, and built the old-fashioned way: hand-tuned physics, shared leaderboards, and a hundred small details you feel more than see. Some of them ship as iPhone apps too.
The business side
We design and ship fast, clean websites for bars, restaurants, tradespeople, and other local businesses — sites that sound like the people who run them. We do logos and full brand identities. And when a business needs something that doesn't exist off the shelf, we build custom software for it. A favorite trick: pairing a business's site with its own arcade game, so customers play with the brand instead of just reading about it.
How we work
Small team, short list, shipped fast. We test before we launch, we check the real thing after we launch, and we'd rather do fewer things with polish than many things without it. If you work with us, you talk to the person actually building your project.
